Can I backorder an item that is out of stock?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the Philippines. In addition, your shipping location must also be covered by local domestic courier services such as LBC and Air 21.
Can I ship outside the Philippines?
Shipping outside the Philippines is currently not available.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes. You may use credit cards that have not been issued from the Philippines to pay for your order. However, the shipping address must always be a Philippine address.
Can I track my order?
You are free to email us at email@example.com to follow-up. We may send you a tracking number if available. In addition, we may also send you update e-mails once your order has been shipped.
